It's on the TV, the election process is a disgusting example of bullying.
The House of Commons showed appalling displays of bullying with heckling the speakers, that appear to have stopped since Elizabeth May called them out on it!!
WAY TO GO ELIZABETH!!
But it didn't happen during Harper dictatorship...it came from Justin's Reign
Elizabeth May asked her fellow MPs to follow decorum and stop heckling in the House of Commons ... and she got heckled.

It's in our homes, spouses, siblings, parents...are guilty.
It starts early. In children it starts in pre-school.
IT HAS A LONG DARK HISTORY WITH OUR FIRST NATIONS IN CANADA STEMMING FROM COLONIALISM AND THE CATHOLIC RESIDENTIAL SCHOOLS.
We can change it. You just have to recognize and learn where and why it happens.
Tomorrow is Pink Shirt day!
Pink Shirt Day. On February 24, 2016 we
encourage everyone to wear something pink to show that we are all
working together to prevent bullying in our schools, in our communities
and online. Pink Shirt Day comes from two Nova Scotia high school
students, who decided to take a stand against bullying in their own
school.
Murder of Reena Virk
I was pregnant with my child when the trial for Reena Virk was in all the news and I was so traumatized that I swore I would do everything to prevent that from my child and others. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Reena_Virk
We CAN STOP IT!
Pink Shirts won't stop it, (it helps bring awareness and that's awesome) but teaching your children, friends, family, spouse and co-workers we can do our best to prevent it. Do your part! SPEAK UP!!!
The beginning of this video is really hard to watch but it's a really great video
“The Spirit Bear is very special to us,” says filmmaker Jeff Turner. “We made our first documentary for the BBC about the Spirit Bear 25 years ago. We spent two years living on a remote coastal island with our toddler daughter Chelsea when we were just starting out in our career - it was one of the most amazing experiences we ever had with wild animals. We really wanted to go back to that part of the coast again and try to reconnect with these special animals that hold incredibly special memories for us, and we really wanted to do it with our now grown children – our work has truly become a family affair.” (read more here http://www.cbc.ca/natureofthings/episodes/spirit-bear-family)

We went to Folk Fest on Friday night and well we had to go back today because Angel saw a jacket she just had to have. One minute I had this perfectly happy cherub, next minute she was miserable.
All it took was to see the most beautiful jacket the fits absolutely perfect and then to be told, no sorry we can't get it right now. But it all worked out. Thanks so much to Fairies Pyjamas, we had a lot of fun visiting again today to pick up the jacket and make this video of all the fun. Thanks again!!
For all of you, whether you have a ticket or not, the back side of the Festival is where all the venders are and they have gorgeous items at incredible prices. You have to stop by Fairies Pyjamas if you are looking for something unique and especially if you love fairies like we do ;)
They are there all this afternoon and tonight and then all tomorrow so be sure to stop by. Tell them Tina and Angel send you and you saw it on her blog or twitter or FB...where ever!!
Get Down There!! Don't miss out. You can go down to the beach and have a nice picnic and watch the sunset and you can still hear all the music. It's really lovely. Ride your bike along the new Jericho /Point Grey bus pass, it's awesome. Love it so much!!
