My child and I were watching How It's Made the other day. It was about Tofu and show the process. It was very similar to this video. What shocked me at the end is that AFTER it's wrapped in plastic they boil it. Doesn't that mean that all the toxins from the plastic leach into the tofu.
Has anyone ever tested this.
Are they trying to kill off all the vegetarians?
It got me thinking about some of the food we eat..FREAKS ME OUT!!
Seriously, we need to grow and eat food we know exactly where it comes from and see the process.
Yuck! I have never been a big tofu eater and now I never will be.
