To be honest, I had never heard of the festival and what a wonderful treat and surprize to attend such a well organized, peaceful, artistic and cultural experience. Check out the photos below, here's a little more info from the festival about page.

For 25 years, the Harmony Arts Festival, presented by Odlum Brown Limited, has been one of the North Shore’s best-loved community events.
