What: Kinder Morgan Petition Delivery and Town Hall
When: Wednesday August 17th @ 2:00pm
Where: outside the entrance of the SFU Segal building ay 500 Granville Street

Join us at 2:00pm right before the public town hall on Kinder Morgan begins in downtown Vancouver for a massive petition delivery to show the overwhelming national opposition to the project.

We'll gather outside the SFU Segal Building at 2pm to persent 144,000+ petition signatures from For the Coast coalition members for delivery to the Kinder Morgan panel.

We will all go in together for the town hall that starts at 2:30 - 7:30 PM. More details about the town hall are here: https://www.facebook.com/events/1735292126759599/

After I saw the wonderful documentary about the mother Spirit Bear and her two cubs I knew I had to paint her.

“The Spirit Bear is very special to us,” says filmmaker Jeff Turner. “We made our first documentary for the BBC about the Spirit Bear 25 years ago. We spent two years living on a remote coastal island with our toddler daughter Chelsea when we were just starting out in our career - it was one of the most amazing experiences we ever had with wild animals.
