HEY YOU, ARE YOU BLUE?
Let me cheer you up a bit, okay, please!
I know what it feels like to be blue, I understand and if I can help a little bit, I want to try.
Here are some suggestions.

I have this blog and on it are lots of posts about our visit to Mexico. Why don't you read them and plan your trip. Imagine all the wonderful place you will go. Feel the sun on your face and sand between your toes!!
You know ,maybe you don't know, I could possibly know what you are going through, but have great empathy for you. January is a hard month. I know because my mom passed away the day before my birthday. I loved her so much and it devastated me. But time passes and we begin to heal. It's been 9 years now, and there are still many days where I actually say out loud..."I miss you Mom!! " I also understand what is like to lose someone you love to suicide and that is also devastating. Sadly as we get older many of the people we love move on to the next level and we feel left behind and lonely
The only advice I have is when things are at their very darkest, hang on, hang on until tomorrow. So many times I have been sad and scared and at my wits end about what to do, but I managed to hang on until the next day.
And always something amazing would happen. Miracles, a sign, hope! The angels will help you but you have to give them time, give them a chance. Just make it to the next day, good things will happen, I know because I've been there. People love you, reach out! Never give up!
And for everyone out there, you reach out, check in with people. See how they are doing. People who are hurting won't tell. They are embarrassed, sad, frightened, feeling discouraged and hopeless.
And smile at people, you don't know what a smile can do for someone, compliment someone, do a Pay It Forward, and buy someone's coffee, give that homeless guy on the corner a banana and a loonie, even if you don't have much yourself, because it will come back to you. It will. Trust me.
Good things will happen. I send you love and light and pray that we will all be okay. It's just life right. Sometimes life sucks, but we can survive amazing things when you have someone that cares.
When you know people love you, it makes all the difference in the world.
Also: Go for a walk Make Art Love and be loveable Hug- get a 20 second hug as often as your can, it's like a drug...we ALL need to be hugged often. Eat as well as you can- I KNOW, that can be hard if you have little money but try, please! Keep a journal- MAKE A VISION JOURNAL Travel if you can- it will enlighten you!

The Plot
Presented as a memory flashback by a woman named Lena, The Last Mimzy is the story of a distant future's attempt to avert a catastrophic ecological disaster that has destroyed their world. High tech devices, masquerading as toys, are sent back in time into the hands of Noah and Emma, two children who live with their parents Jo (Joely Richardson) and David (Timothy Hutton) in early 21st century Seattle. The "toys" are mostly incomprehensible to Emma (Rhiannon Leigh Wryn) and Noah (Chris O'Neil), except for what appears to be a stuffedrabbit named Mimzy. Today I have been very busy and I just got around to checking my Facebook now. I'm tired, I've been working on the computer all morning but what I just read can not be overlooked or left for later.
This link was shared with me and it totally freaked me out. It is so bizarre. I did a ton of work yesterday, both on the computer and spring cleaning. Yet I couldn't sleep and got up and took a very long hot bath. While in there I was meditating. I do my best meditating in the bathtub for some reason. A lot of amazing thoughts transpired during this time.
So that is why to read this news right now is so very very disturbing.

Ever since I was a child I heard stories of World Wars and I watched the Vietnam war on television. When I was Angel's age I remember saying to my mom, pleading with her, why couldn't they bring those men home. Just yesterday I was explaining to her about the show M.A.S.H. a show that came on about that time, only it was based on the Korean war. I was explaining to Angel that I believed they used humor and sarcasm to show the horror of the Korean war because back then you couldn't say much politically on television or you would get in trouble...like The Smothers Brothers did.
Thank goodness we have Social Media. Right now it looks like our only hope in some ways. Anyways, I don't want to be afraid. In my visions last night there were many messages and the main one near the end is about meditating. Meditating for peace. My meditation also told me to be grateful and to be forgiving. To send out abundance to all, even those who have hurt me or upset me...that those most of all I must send healing positive energy. It made me think about about the things I've been posting about Stephen Harper and others whom I am so upset by with the oil and tar sands and the pipeline. But being negative will not help.
I believe that we must be positive. This is a tried and tested method. When you send out bad energy it ricochets and flies right back at you. Let me tell you that the other day I was stressed and broke...completely. I was wondering where, where could I get some work, cash, money, food and other necessities. I meditated and then amazingly a miracle happened. And I was very grateful for the miracle but the miracle didn't just happen, it was because I was sending out love and positive energy to all that a job came and I was able to get a new computer and camera. (both broke while traveling in Mexico from the heat and salty air I guess.) So I guess my message is please we must unite on this. We must pray and send positive energy to all, especially the people that upset us more. Pray that they will be healed, that the will see the light, that they will change their ways and help save this world instead of destroying it. Won't you join me.
I know I have posted and re-posted this video but it's so powerful. Be sure to watch the second one too. One thing my meditation told me was to create videos to help people meditate. I have so many beautiful photos that I am definitely going to do this.
It's interesting because I had my tarot cards read while in Mexico. It was just a brief reading. It was my first time and the person doing it did not speak English as a first language so it was simpler to keep it simple. But what he told me was profound. That I was supposed to do something...and that wasn't for myself but for humanity, something big.
Well I believe this is it. This is the big thing. I need to convince you all to meditate daily but more important that we meditate together so that we can be POWERFUL together. So we can create the change needed so that THE LAST MIMZY doesn't come true!
So just a final note, a lot of other things have happened lately to re-confirm my faith in many things. My spiritual beliefs are personal so I will not share them here but I am wondering have you sensed this lately. I'd be interested to hear your experiences if you care to share.

We won Free Tix to the Screening of Dolphin Tale. It was a great movie. We loved it, I laughed and cried so much. It's great family entertainment. It's very touching and has a lot of subtle messages about challenges, environment and family. I highly recommend it. The 3D was awesome. I didn't think I'd like the 3D but it was REALLY INCREDIBLE! Very Cool Movie!
I have to mention one thing that really drew me in, and made me cry right from the start, the little girl is homeschooled. I just LOVED that!! There's so many great parts in this movie, but I'm not going to spoil it, you have to go see it!!
I'm an Atlantic bottlenose dolphin who lost my tail after getting entangled in a crab trap.I learned to swim w/o a tail & am learning to use a prosthetic tail.
